How long does it take to pass my driving test and how will my instructor asses my progress?
Answer: As you learn and mastered each tasks, it will be ticked off on your very own progress sheet which will asses when you will be ready for your test. Every pupil is different and learn at their own pace, it is important to work as a team with your instructor to get the best end result. Your instructor will advise you when to book your practical test, taking into account the current waiting time for booking driving test in the Loughborough test centre.
What if I want to cancel or re-arrange my lessons?
Answer: If for a valid reason you need to cancel or re-arrange your driving lesson please contact your instructor 48hours prior to lesson or at least 24hours on 07506475699
Once I pass my theory, how long is it valid for?
Answer: your theory certificate is valid for 2 years from the date you pass
Can my instructor book my practical test for me
Answer: yes of course! Your instructor is always happy to help you where they can
How do I pay for my lesson?
Answer: Payments is made in cash to your instructor on the day of your lesson, if you have blocked booked you need to make full payment for all hours on your first lesson
Do I use my instructors car for my practical test?
Answer: Yes you use your instructors car for you test, your instructor will give you an immediate 1hour lesson before the test and accompany you to test centre.

How long are driving lessons?
Answer: Driving lessons can be 1hour, 1.5hour, 2 hours or longer. However Ali’s Driving School recommends 1.5 hours As it enables you to learn more without it getting too stressful and boring!
